Congratulations to Dr. Chang-Ru Tsai!
It is our pleasure to report that Dr. Chang-Ru Tsai was recently awarded a Scholarship to attend the Keystone Symposia on Tissue Fibrosis and Repair. Chang-Ru has a long-term interest in tissue repair and regeneration and joined the lab two years ago as a postdoctoral fellow. Chang-Ru is leading efforts to investigate the HIPPO pathway in cardiac fibroblasts during heart repair and regeneration. At the Keystone meeting, Chang-Ru will share one of his projects. He uses single nucleus and spatially resolved transcriptomic profiling to identify regulators of fibrosis and inflammation. He will use this scholarship to defray expenses associated (e.g., airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meeting registration). Congratulations Chang-Ru!
