Happy Reunion!

Dr. Martin recently attended the BCVS Scientific Sessions in Chicago and enjoyed a delightful reunion with former lab members at the Roanoke Restaurant on Monday, July 22. Among those present were Dr. Ge Tao (Assistant Professor, MUSC, Charleston, SC), Dr. Jun Wang (Associate Professor, UT Health Science Center, Houston, TX), Dr. Tanner Monroe (Postdoctoral Fellow, Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, IL), Dr. Yuka Morikawa (Assistant Research Investigator, THI), Dr. Shijie Liu (Assistant Professor, CCHMC, Cincinnati, OH), and Dr. Xiao Li (Assistant Investigator, THI). We're incredibly proud of our Martin Lab alumni who continue to excel in their careers!

It was a heartwarming evening filled with reminiscing about past research milestones, sharing current projects, getting life updates, and discussing future collaborations. Seeing our former lab members thriving in their respective fields and contributing to scientific advancements makes us proud and motivated. Here’s to many more such reunions and shared successes!
